When I travel I love to compartmentalize all of my things. My suitcases and carry-on bags are always filled with Roberta Roller Rabbit Vanity Pouches, clutches and a random assortment of little pouches I've collected over the years to keep my things organized. Below are a few links of clutches and bags that we feel are perfect for traveling!
I grew up always wearing nice things while traveling. My mom consistently stressed the importance of looking presentable, even on an airplane or in the car. Though I didn't quite agree with/understand what she meant when I was at the age where all I wanted to wear was leggings and a sweatshirt, I now see what she was trying to teach us. What I learned from all of it, is that there are, in fact, ways to be comfy and look presentable. I usually wear a comfy pair of pants, like these JCrew leggings or a pair of pixie pants, with a white t-shirt and a cosy, cashmere sweater. I threw together a few different options that combine comfy clothes and fashion-forward shoes and bags to travel with. (I also always bring a comfy pair of socks because I hate going on airplanes in sandals)
Additionally, this Patagonia duffle bag is new FAVORITE. My mom laughs every time I tell her all that I can fit in it for a weekend trip because it is VERY small. However, it's perfect for the weekend and even more perfect for airlines that have strict carry-on limits. I love using it on all of the trips I've been on while studying abroad because I know it can fit my essentials and don't have to worry about it being too heavy or hard to carry.
